Key Responsibilities

• Precision & Focus: Precise installation of solar PV systems on residential and commercial rooftops, according to design specifications and industry standards.
• Roof Assessment & Repair: conduct roof assessments and necessary repairs to ensure structural integrity before installation.
• Team Collaboration: Effective collaboration with project teams for efficient and safe project execution.
• Safety Focus: Strict adherence to safety protocols when working at heights and with electrical equipment.
• Problem-Solver: Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving installation or maintenance issues.
• Customer-Oriented: Providing excellent customer service with clear communication and professionalism.

What We Seek In You

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in solar PV installation and roofing.
• Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency in using hand and power tools commonly used in construction and roofing work.
• Electrical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical systems and wiring principles.
• Work Environment: Ability to work at heights and in variable weather conditions.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Driver’s License and Transportation: Valid and clean driver’s license and reliable transportation.
