Job Description

Ceiba Renewables is seeking a highly motivated candidate to lead our sales team, establish processes and procedures, and expand both B2C and B2B opportunities. You will play a crucial role in developing a strong sales engine that delivers value to our customers, while building and maintaining well established connections with clients, partners and stakeholders. As this position evolves, you will oversee a high-performing team, refining our procedures, optimising our sales strategies and establishing the company as a leader in the renewable energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies that align with Ceiba’s growth targets and vision, focusing on both B2C & B2B opportunities.
  • Relationship Mastery: Grow and strengthen relationships with clients
    and partners, laying the foundation for long-term success and market
    expansion.
  • Operational Excellence: Design and refine our sales process, utilising our CRM (Hubspot) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Market Insight: Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitor
    movements to inform our strategies and product development.
  • Team Development: As we grow, you’ll build and mentor a team of
    Renewable Energy Sales Associates, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation.
