Ceiba Renewables is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Renewable Solar and Battery Salesperson.​

We are consultative, explaining technical concepts in layman’s terms to our customers and building long-term relationships to ensure they get the right renewable energy system for their needs.​

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• ​Consultative Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solar and battery storage solutions that deliver real value.
• ​Customer Education: Explain technical concepts in a simple, relatable way to help customers make informed decisions.
• ​Sales Growth: Focus on driving B2C sales and contributing to Ceiba’s growth while maintaining our customer-centric approach.
• ​CRM Utilisation: Use our CRM (HubSpot) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and enhance sales efficiency.​
• ​Industry Awareness: Stay informed about renewable energy trends and products to provide the best advice to customers.
